Dispose of deceased bugs and insects.

Inspect refrigerator sustainability and check the ice maker in the freezer.

Look for pest problems.

Check floors, walls, and ceilings for signs of water damage or leaks.

Inspect the hot water heater.

Check batteries in smoke detectors and the alarm system.

Inspect for running toilets.
-
Send inspection/verification reports and digital photographs to the property owner via email, when appropriate.


Exterior Inspections

Check for stucco cracks, paint issues, bulkheads, or visible roof damage.

Inspect windows for leaks and faulty weather stripping.

Look for signs of vandalism, storm damage, or forced entry.

Check soffit and fascia for mold or mildew.

Ensure gutters are clear for proper drainage (upon request).

Inspect for broken or ruptured irrigation lines.
-
Check lawn care, erosion problems, or drainage issues.

Secure or arrange patio and deck furniture.
-
Ensure all gates and outbuildings are locked.
-
Inspect screens and porch enclosures for tears or damage.
-
Visually check the condition of exterior A/C units.
